Claire is a senior law clerk having worked in legal firms for more than 10 years. She has extensive experience in the incorporation of companies of all types, including drafting constitutions of special purpose companies for superannuation funds. Claire also prepares documents for a variety of investment vehicles and business structures including:

• Discretionary Trust Deeds
• Self Managed Superannuation Funds
• Unit Trusts
• Partnership Agreements
• Shareholder Loan Agreements.

Claire is also experienced in real estate conveyancing.
