John has practised law since 1980, following graduation from the University of Western Australia. His early career also included practice in London and Sydney (where he obtained a Masters of Law from the University of Technology, Sydney). John returned to Western Australia in 1990, initially joining a firm with a national profile in which he ultimately attained partnership. Over three decades of legal practice John has obtained experience in most fields of legal work, including litigation, which enables him to provide well rounded advice to his current clientele. His current focus is on corporate and commercial law, trade practices and intellectual property. In addition to his legal practice, John is an active, non-executive company director. Claire obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia in 2002 and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Notre Dame Australia, Fremantle in 2006. Claire worked part-time as law clerk at Hewett & Lovitt whilst completing her law degree before commencing her articles with the firm in January 2007. She was admitted as a legal practitioner in February 2008. Claire practices in all areas of commercial law and has a particular interest in Estate Planning. |
| Raymond has practised law for approximately 20 years, having graduated from the University of Western Australia. Following graduation, he completed his articles before being employed as a solicitor and associate at a well regarded Perth law firm for a period of approximately 15 years focusing primarily in general litigation. He commenced employment with Hewett & Lovitt in 2006, and his areas of practice include employment law, contractual disputes, commercial litigation, insurance disputes and debt recovery. |
